Will work for Prada handbags

And I'll have to put in a fair number of hours, too, for this Canvas Soho Print Shoulder Bag.

If I wasn't so taken with the beauty and absolute luscious pinkness of this bag, I would question why a mostly-canvas purse costs over a thousand bucks... But no, that is just crazy talk! Forgive me, Miuccia, I endeavor to be worthy of your beautiful bags!

There's no bag I would pay a 1,000 dollars for.

    None.

Unless of course, I had a million to spend. Then and only then, MAYBE.

This particular bag is a little too flashy for me, but I can attest to Prada bags being worth the money. I carry only one purse, and it's a gray patent leather beauty from last year. It is the perfect bag -- indestructible, goes with everything, has character but doesn't distract too much from the rest of the outfit, looks just as good as it did the day I bought it, and is beautifully made. I fully expect this bag to last me through several years of everyday wear. I got it at an absolute steal of a price, too -- $250 down from $1,400 -- but after years of flimsy cheap bags falling apart after one season, I can honestly say it's worth every penny of the original price.

Anonymous, you must spill the beans! Where on earth did you get a leather Prada bag for $250?!

Filene's Basement -- the real one, in downtown Boston, not the chain version. They were having a big sale. The girl behind me in line turned out to be a fashion editor and literally tried to take it from me!

    Hello,
I saw a Prada handbag that looks like a boston Bag but it has stiched on patterns like animal spots, but it is of the same leather material. The color is smoke gray. I can never find what it is called and where I can find it. I suspect it is not this season. Anybody out there know which design I am referring to ?

    Thank you,
